CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Any tour / hike cancellation which occurs ten days (10) prior the date of the tour shall automatically receive a full refund on the credit card used to purchase such tour. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit card to post to the credit card account.
All tours / hikes are non-refundable if not cancelled by customers within the ten days (10) before the tour.
No refunds will be made to any customers who fails to show up for a tour / hike departure at the designated time and place, or who leaves, or otherwise does not use all the services scheduled to be provided by an excursion.
Sometimes the weather does not realize that our guests are on vacation and forgets to cooperate but most tours will operate in a variety of weather conditions, and no refunds will be made to any customers who chooses not to participate in a departing tour due to the weather conditions. Member of any excursion who elected to leave the designated tour trasnportation must provide their own transportation at their own expense back to the hotel/port.
Onshore tours & hikes
If by any circumstances the ship does not docks at the port due to the adverse weather conditions a full refund will be made.
